Buying new build off plan in Spain. Interesting or not?
In Spain it is possible to buy an apartment or villa off-plan. The house has not yet been built, but building plans have been developed by the promoter or project developer. The buyer pays the developer in installments as the home is built. With the very last payment, there is therefore a notarial deed in which the buyer becomes the legal owner of the home. Buying a home off plan can provide the buyer with several advantages: on plan, the first buyer buys at the best conditions there at launch prices and has been able to make the best choice in terms of location. In addition, the buyer sometimes has the opportunity to influence the design of the home. The choice of the floor or the color of the walls is also within the choice of the buyer.
