to the Costa Blanca (Alicante), Costa Calida (Murcia) and Costa Del Sol (Malaga).
A selection of properties corresponding to your search criteria is provided in advance
and of which you will receive all necessary information.
Together we will check which dates are convenient for you to visit.
Book your flights and hotel, we plan your viewings.
A SHORT DESCRIPTION OF YOUR TRIP
Day 1: Exploring the region
We will pick you up at the airport free of charge and explore the region by car.
(Free transport on site throughout your stay)
Over lunch, we will discuss the possibilities of projects
that fit your budget and meet your search criteria.
After lunch, in a suggested tapas bar or chiringuito near the projects,
until the evening, we tour the area and some projects of which you will receive all the desired and necessary info.
Afterwards, we will transfer you to your hotel.
Day 2: Viewing the new construction projects
After your breakfast at hotel, we will pick you up and visit all the projects or resales you prefer, along with the surrounding area.
In between, you will be given a view of the financial and practical side of buying property in Spain.
After the viewings, if interested, all your comments and questions can be answered at our office.
If you and we have found that property that fully meets your requirements and you wish to book already, we will go to a lawyer together and get that property off the market for you.
Day 3: Return home.
We pick you up at your hotel and take you back to the airport.
You return home very satisfied as a happy owner of that property you were looking for.
